My purpose is to be a resource for those individuals intentionally seeking to achieve peak performance and significance in their life. I write about personal growth, leadership, health lifestyles and achieving REAL success.

My objective is to be an on-going resource and post content that has meaning and relevance in your life. If you are striving for peak performance, a life of significance,  and are interested in gaining a better understanding of leadership at your personal and professional level, then this blog is for you.

Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow ourselves and organizations. It’s how we impact our lives and the lives of those around us. But, as you also know, leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods. Working together, we can move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

It has been my lifelong quest to make a difference in the lives of others by creating healthy leaders through a balanced approach to success. I will help you develop an individualized plan in line with your vision in any area of life that you endeavor to conquer.

The challenge for each of us is to create a lifestyle that will allow our dreams, goals, passions and talents to live in harmony. This dynamic collaboration is the key to living life to the fullest and becoming the best version of ourselves that we were meant to be.

Dream big, choose to act, and you will receive the rewards of your endeavors.

I am looking forward to assisting you on your journey to becoming a successful and healthy leader.

My Biography

I was raised in Southern California, choosing to accept adult responsibility but not grow up! Life is too short not to have fun and I believe it is important to have fun, make money and make a difference!

In my early 20’s I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work in the entertainment industry as a roadie for Elvis Presley. I was able to travel throughout the United States, see amazing sites and meet spectacular people. The education I received during these years was invaluable.

I spent the next 20 years working with Zellerbach Paper and International Paper as a sales consultant and then in various leadership positions.

My wife Christie and I have been married for 29 years and we have a one son.

In my free time I like road bike cycling, scuba diving, photography and writing.
