Start looking for this and you just might change your life! I believe it will! Hey I was out riding today and I thought I’d share a little habit I’ve created as I’m out on the road. Watch this Message From the Road and let me know how you think it will change your lifestyle.
The habit I’ve created started a few years ago. If I see some money laying on the ground, I’ll stop and pick it up. I did that twice today and in doing so, I found 2 pennies and a dime, 12 cents. WOW! It’s not so much that I collected this massive amount of money, but what I do as I’m picking it up. As I pick up the money, I will say this little prayer, “Thank you God for this symbol of abundance that continually flows to me.” Each time, as silly as it sounds, I am just so grateful for having spotted those few coins.
Now, abundance can come in a lot of different ways, can’t it? It can definitely come in the form of money. It can come in the form of being abundantly healthy. Abundance in having magnificent relationships, right? Abundance continually flows to us if we’re doing what? Constantly looking for it and being grateful for what we already have.
Abundance will come in its appropriate time. So I want you to start thinking about that. Start intentionally looking for the abundance that’s all around you right now! Abundance that we go right by every day without taking notice. I imagine that hundreds and possibly thousands of cyclists went by this same 12 cents, but never stopped. I saw it, stopped, and picked it up. Why? Because I’ve become aware, and I look for it on every ride and I’m rarely disappointed. It is only a symbol, but I’ve created the habit of looking for it.
That’s the key! When we start looking for the gifts that are out there, you are going to find them. So what are we looking for? Are we focusing on the big picture or are we looking at the small details? The stuff that really is going to allow us to live the kind of life that we want.
So until next week, this is Greg Drolet saying, “Keep looking for the abundance that surrounds you daily, be grateful for what you have in your life, and keep on growing, keep on learning and keep on leading.

Point to Ponder: What symbols of abundance are around you that perhaps you’ve been overlooking? If you became more aware and intentional, what would you find?
